Al‑Anon is a support organization for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. It provides a safe, confidential space where individuals can share experiences, gain understanding, and learn healthy ways to cope with the challenges that come with a loved one’s alcohol use. Through peer support and the guidance of the Al‑Anon principles, members often find reduced stress, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of personal well‑being.

Charlie Health offers virtual mental health care for teens and young adults who need more support than traditional therapy. Their intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) combine individual, group, and family therapy—tailored to each person’s needs and lived experiences. With a focus on accessibility, clients are matched with small peer groups and can typically begin treatment within 1–2 days. Charlie Health specializes in helping those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and other serious challenges, making it a vital resource for families seeking compassionate, comprehensive care from home.

Adjusting to vision loss can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. The Low Vision Support Group offers a welcoming, supportive environment for individuals experiencing vision loss, as well as their family members and caregivers. This group provides a space to connect with others who understand, share experiences and coping strategies, and learn about helpful resources and tools that support independence in daily life.
