Parenting Class (In-person)

This evidence‑based program gives caregivers of children ages 0–17 practical, real‑life tools for managing stress, staying regulated, and strengthening relationships with their kids. It’s especially supportive for parents navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, recovery, or simply feeling overwhelmed. If you want to break old patterns, lose the guilt, or build a stronger bond with your child, this class offers a compassionate place to grow.
Over 15 weekly sessions, you’ll learn how to manage your own emotions in tough moments, understand why kids behave the way they do, use discipline that works without yelling, and repair after conflict. These are tools you’ll carry with you long after the program ends.
