Flowstate Somatic Breathwork – LEVEL 2: Activation and Integration

This next-level class builds on the foundations of functional breathing and nervous system regulation.  You’ll love how to work with breath to gently awaken stored tension, connect with deeper parts of yourself, and support real healing through the body. We’ll explore powerful techniques like pendulation breathwork and body-based mapping to help you move safely through activation and into balance.
