FITNESS for the Aging

Finlayson Township, Pine County, Minnesota, Finlayson-Giese Lions Club, Pine Lake neighbors and friends’ group. One rule: don’t be rude., Pine Lakes Ladies Group, if you have Silver Sneakers, bring your ID number. Your classes will then be FREE. If you aren’t a SS member, the cost is $6 per class. Classes start Tuesday, November 5th and will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 11. Classes will include balance and flexibility work, weight training, cardio, and stretching.
