Description

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides Minnesotans with low incomes the opportunity to get the food they need for sound nutrition and balanced meals. We know that filling out the SNAP Outreach (formerly food stamps) application can be confusing.  Our trained staff will make sure that all the required information is submitted the first time, and help people get the benefits they are eligible for as soon as possible.
