NorthStar currently offers a variety of housing services including Housing Stabilization & Transitional Services. These services can be provided in St. Louis, Carlton, Lake, and Pine counties. Housing Services can assist individuals with finding and sustaining long-term housing options to live independently.

Oasis Central Minnesota provides supportive services for individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or other forms of trauma. Their organization offers emergency shelter, advocacy, safety planning, crisis intervention, and assistance navigating legal and community resources. Oasis focuses on empowering survivors, promoting safety, and fostering healing through confidential, trauma‑informed support. They also engage in community outreach and education to prevent violence and strengthen overall community well‑being.

This program assists people who have a serious mental illness in making a smooth transition into living more independently in their community through housing and support services. These services include regular meetings with Rise staff, rapid rehousing, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing; based on eligibility, and assistance maintaining integration in the community.
